Order Operations Analyst II

About the team

Our Order Operations Analyst is a crucial player in the service we provide our customers. As an Order Operations Analyst, you will ensure the most challenging/complex customer orders are processed efficiently and timely, comply with company requirements and quality expectations, and help provide an excellent customer transaction experience. While processing orders, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with other individuals and departments as necessary through multiple levels of management.  This position is a prime opportunity for an experienced professional looking to contribute to a high-tech industry leader.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Work with the Deals Desk, Revenue, Sales Representatives, or others to obtain the necessary documentation required for each order
  • Track deals through document revisions and delivery of service
  • Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce.com for order processing, invoicing, and commissions/forecasting purposes
  • Process orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high-quality output
  • Create private offers on various Marketplace Platforms (AWS,Azure, etc.) 
  • Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes.
  • Participate in related cross-functional projects that will help scale the business.
  • Contribute to additional Order Management activities as assigned.

What you’ll need (basic qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Skills and experience typically commensurate with at least two years of Order Management experience in a complex environment while contributing to a growing capacity.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functions
  • Well-organized; able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous / detail-oriented
  • Possess an outgoing, positive team player attitude with a strong work ethic

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$93,900$110,500 USD
The base pay range for this role in California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland is:
$85,900$101,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$78,200$92,000 USD
