  • Medical, dental & visionHashiCorp offers your choice of medical plans as well as dental and vision coverage for you and any dependents, including spouses, domestic partners, and children. Coverage begins upon your first day of hire.
  • Life & disability insuranceHashiCorp offers life insurance equal to your annual salary at no cost. You can also enroll in voluntary coverage for yourself or dependents. Plus, you’ll have short- and long-term disability protection.
  • Flexible spending account (FSA)Set aside pretax money to go towards the purchase or payment of approved health care and dependent care expenses. These can include copays, birth control, day care for children or elder adults, acupuncture, and more.
  • Vacation and Other LeavesWe value employee well-being with our vacation policy: 4 weeks of paid vacation, 10 sick days, 12 holidays, bereavement, miscarriage leave, and extended personal leave. Recharge however you choose.

  • Maternity and Parental LeaveWe offer birthing parents up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave through short-term disability and parental leave. Non-birthing parents, including adoptive, receive 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Expanded Mental Health SupportWe prioritize mental health support with various resources. Alongside our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we offer on-demand behavioral healthcare through Ginger for all employees.
