Marketing Operations Specialist
About the team
The Campaign Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our go-to-market business across various marketing domains. Our team serves as a key bridge to ensure marketers successfully launch, run, and can track success of their campaigns. In this role we are looking for someone who can support the day to day operations for the campaign ops team - specifically focused on campaign execution and data entry (list uploads). This pivotal role is essential for campaigns to continue to operate at scale, completeness, and without delays.
What you'll do
- Assist with the day-to-day launch and management of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Ensure campaign requests are complete and adhere to standard processes. Conduct quality control on all campaigns
- Maintain and manage lead upload process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review and schedule marketing emails in accordance with our marketing calendar. Ensuring emails follow best practices and operational efficacy
- Create email lists to meet segmentation and campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign reports and operations dashboards and work closely with stakeholders to facilitate required adjustments
- Manage production queue and maintain team production SLAs
- Continue to look for ways to improve processes that are centered around best practices, scale and efficiency
- Ensure campaigns are running across all systems and integrations. Troubleshoot as needed
- Provide team enablement support as needed for our processes and systems
- Communicate new features, developments and changes to all stakeholders
- Create monthly campaign ops performance reports
- Support ad hoc campaign clean up/data backfill requests
- Support the team in various data cleanliness projects
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets (including csv file formats)
- Team player and ability to work with range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process and detail oriented
- Manages their time well and can handle multiple tasks & projects simultaneously
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
- Proficiency in marketing tech stack tools
- Marketo experience - preferred not required
- SFDC experience - preferred not required
- Marketo Certified Expert is a plus
- Experience with project management tool, like Asana, is a plus
Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$91,800—$108,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$84,200—$99,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$76,500—$90,000 USD
