About the team

Our Integrated Campaigns team drives worldwide strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritized products and solutions. We drive our Go to Market strategy, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, the Worldwide Field Organization, Corporate Comms, Developer Relations and others to bring full-funnel campaigns to life and optimize performance and business impact.

About the role

As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Worldwide Core Programs, you will be responsible for the global program design, build and optimization for core event programs targeting practitioners and decision-makers  This role demands strategic vision, hands-on project management, and cross-team collaboration to develop, implement, and optimize workshops, strategy days and other programs that align with our team’s objectives. You will report to Fiona Riley, Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Integrated Campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, program design and execution (as needed) of global workshop, strategy day, and other core programs while fostering a mindset of collaboration, creativity, and continual improvement.
  • Drive alignment with and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and cross-functional partner teams including Product Marketing and Technical Product Marketing, Worldwide Field Marketing, Worldwide Field and Technical Field Organizations, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Developer Relations, Brand, Design, Corporate Comms, and others to drive program design and strategy, gather business requirements, and ensure we deliver consistent, unified global workshop, strategy day, and other core event programs to the market.
  • Establish, track, measure, and communicate relevant metrics and KPIs to measure workshop, strategy day, and other program effectiveness, gathering participant feedback, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine and continually enhance program offerings.
  • Establish, track, measure, and communicate consumption program results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
  • Ensure seamless execution of virtual workshops and programs as needed, overseeing logistics, technology integration, and participant engagement to deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences globally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years experience, an ideal candidate will have enterprise demand generation experience with exposure to SaaS
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer insights.
  • Proven ability to cultivate talent and nurture resources; build and drive extended and disparate teams.
  • Past experience working in a global role a plus. 
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Effective and versatile with a bias for action and sense of urgency.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$139,200$163,800 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$127,700$150,200 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$116,000$136,500 USD
