Corporate Account Manager, ECS- LATAM

About the role

Must be located in the Greater Austin TX Metro Region

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our innovative Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) team!   The ECS Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, consumption, expansion, and renewals within LATAM customer accounts. Working closely with Strategic Reps, the ECS Representative will contribute to the overarching goal of broadening our relationships within our largest Strategic customer accounts.

In this role you can expect to...

Account Management:

    • Partner with the Enterprise Account Managers to manage a portfolio of LATAM Accounts across their strategic regions. 
    • Collaborate with Strategic Reps and their Regional Vice Presidents to ensure comprehensive coverage of Parent Customer Accounts and their subsidiaries.

Relationship Building:

    • Work closely with Strategic Reps to enhance customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
    • Identify and engage new buying centers and departments within the family of accounts.

Upsell Opportunities:

    • Collaborate with the Strategic Reps to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Play a key role in expanding our product footprint within the designated customer base.

Transactional Velocity Management:

    • Take on transactional tasks to alleviate the burden on Strategic Reps, ensuring a streamlined process.
    • Foster efficiency in day-to-day operations and contribute to overall team productivity.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

    • Engage in mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge transfer.
    • Implement a "Side Car" approach, working closely alongside Strategic Reps to maximize collaborative efforts.

Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed targets, with a focus on driving growth, customer satisfaction, and account expansion.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the ECS initiative within the Corporate Segment.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have...

  • 3+ year of complex, full cycle sales closing experience 
  • Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. 
  • Success managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Accepts coaching and strong desire for personal learning 
  • Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure software
  • Experience with open source software business models preferred 
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing quarterly/annual business plans
  • A strong executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
  • Experience with forecasting and business reporting
