Currently, GitHub secrets sync only supports repository secrets which require a repository owner and repository name field to be set. These fields cannot be changed on the destination once created. Going forward, an alternative to these fields will be to set an organization name, along with fields that designate the kind of repositories within the organization to target. There are three choices that work as follows:

• All repositories within the organization
• All private repositories within the organization
• A list of repository names within the organization, which must be provided as a slice
