| Vendor Services Agreement | The terms of this Vendor Services Agreement (“VSA”) will govern any Statement of Works (SOWs), work orders, etc., between HashiCorp and its suppliers for the purchasing of goods and services. HashiCorp expects all supplier partners to review and sign this VSA in order to do business with HashiCorp. Please use this link to review and execute.
