Scaling HashiCorp's Writing Culture with Internal Tooling
HashiCorp’s writing roots date back to the company’s earliest days when it was just the co-founders, Mitchell Hashimoto and Armon Dadgar. As the company has grown, this critical part of decision-making has had to evolve. In this talk, we explore the challenges of scaling the writing culture from tens to 2000+ employees by developing an internal tool that provides a UX for authoring, reviewing, approving, discovering, and deprecating internal documents.
