Hybrid Microservices with HashiCorp Stack
Every organization’s enterprise system has many important components that collaborate together to run the business. Over time, some parts of this big system become old and need to be replaced with new ones. Technologies come and go, but the purpose remains. We cannot get rid of them, so we need a hybrid model solution where some still run and serve the business and some run on the modern architecture (i.e. hybrid microservices architectural style and inter-communication by using event-driven architecture), but all still serve the whole business. This presentation will walk you through the problems, solutions, and a practical demo application that was built using the event microservices architecture to demonstrate how to develop and deploy solutions using the HashiCorp stack (e.g. Nomad, Consult Connect, Vault, and Terraform).
