HashiCorp Wins Microsoft Azure OSS US Partner of the Year for 2022
HashiCorp has been chosen as the 2022 Microsoft US (MSUS) Partner Award winner OSS on Azure and a 2022 Microsoft OSS on Azure Partner of the Year Award finalist.
HashiCorp is pleased to announce that we have been chosen as the 2022 Microsoft US (MSUS) Partner Award winner OSS on Azure and a 2022 Microsoft OSS on Azure Partner of the Year Award finalist (runner-up). HashiCorp was honored among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
» A Partnership Built on Innovation
HashiCorp and Microsoft Azure have collaborated to build innovative product solutions to help our customers move their infrastructure to the cloud while also reducing complexity. Together, we enable customers to automate provisioning and security based on infrastructure and policy as code, build a zero trust security model with secrets management, connect modern and legacy applications across hybrid environments, and offer access to any system from anywhere based on user identity.
The continued collaboration between our organizations has enabled us to extend the depth and breadth of our solution stack with Azure highlighted by the Terraform AzureRM 3.0 release in addition to updates for the Terraform Module Azure Landing Zones. Additionally, Microsoft and HashiCorp announced a strategic partnership last year to make zero trust security more accessible with identity-based security solutions. This new stage in our partnership focuses on secure remote access, making it as easy as possible to access remote services anywhere with HashiCorp Boundary leveraging trusted identities from Microsoft Active Directory.
Burzin Patel, our VP of Alliances, says we're honored to be recognized yet again by Microsoft. "These awards reflect our commitment to supporting customers on Microsoft Azure, as well as the importance of our OSS products," he notes. "We are excited to continue our work with Microsoft and the leading enterprises that rely on both Azure and HashiCorp to build in the cloud.”
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services, and devices during the past year. Awards were given in a number of categories, with honorees chosen from more than 3,900 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries. The MSUS Partner Award program complements the global Microsoft Partner of the Year Award program and highlights US-specific partner impact. HashiCorp was recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services in the open source software category.
