GitHub, F5, and Okta Among New HCP Vault Integrations
Several new partners have had their integrations validated for cloud-managed HCP Vault.
HCP Vault allows organizations to get up and running quickly, providing immediate access to Vault’s secrets management and encryption capabilities with the platform providing the resilience and operational excellence so you do not have to manage Vault yourself.
Earlier this year, we announced new HCP Vault integrations with partners Snowflake, MongoDB, Appaegis and Refactr and are proud to introduce the following partners who have also had their integrations validated with HCP Vault.
» F5
The F5 integration uses HCP Vault generated short lived dynamic SSL certificates using AS3 on BIG-IP . Using this solution, you are able to:
-
Improve your security posture with short lived dynamic certificates.
-
Automatically update applications using templating and robust AS3 service.
-
Increase collaboration, breaking down silos.
-
Deploy on-premises or public cloud using HashiCorp Vault and AS3 on BIG-IP.
» Garantir
Garantir’s GaraSign is able to integrate with HCP Vault as one of its cryptographic tokens (or "key containers," as they’re called within the GaraSign lexicon) via HCP Vault's Transit Engine. End users are able to make use of Vault's cryptographic private keys without ever having the private keys exported to them, keeping the keys secure while also maintaining the highest level of performance.
» GitHub
There are currently two integrations available for GitHub users. First, users are able to authenticate to HCP Vault using a GitHub token. The second integration allows users to easily and securely retrieve secrets stored in HCP Vault from a GitHub Actions workflow using the official Vault action.
» Okta
Customers of Okta are able to connect the Okta Identity cloud to HCP Vault, allowing users to authenticate with HCP Vault using their Okta credentials.
» Percona
Users of Percona can use the HCP Vault to store credentials in a central location and use them to access databases. Users can also take advantage of Vault’s Database secrets engine to generate dynamic users for the multiple databases that Percona supports.
» Rafay Systems
Rafay has developed an integration with HCP Vault to address two core problems:
-
Eliminate the operational complexity associated by establishing trust between a fleet of Kubernetes clusters and a centralized Vault server.
-
Make it extremely easy for developers to integrate HCP Vault with their Kubernetes workloads.
» Resolve Systems (formerly Ayehu)
Resolve Systems IT automation workflow engine is able to automatically fetch credentials from HCP Vault for use within Resolve Actions automations and runbooks.

As a fully managed service, HCP Vault is the easiest way to secure, store, and tightly control access to tokens, passwords, certificates, encryption keys, and other sensitive data. For more information about HCP Vault and pricing, please visit our product page or sign up through the HCP portal.
